Tunde Kabab known as Galawati Kabab.
Ingredients:
500 gms minced Mutton (Grind in Mixer Minimum 20 times)
25 Gms. Raw Papaya Paste
10 Gms. Bread crumbs
1 Meduim sized chopped Onion
10 Pods Garlic (Lasan )
1 " long piece Cinnamon (Dalchini)
1 " long piece Ginger (Adrak)
1 tsp Cumin Seed (Jeera)
2 Black Cardamoms
2 Green Cardamoms
5 Pepper corns (Kalimirchi)
3 Red Chillies
5 Green Chilly (Hari Mirch) chopped
100 Gms. Bengal Gram (Chana) soaked overnight
Ghee/Clarified Butter
How to make Tunde kabab:
Sorry but this is the worst rip off for any kabab recipe. Any Lakhnavi would die of shame making this Tunday kabab. kabab with bread crumbs, are you joking? Original recipe is hardly known and is now a part of folklore, but used to contain more than 100 masalas, including sandalwood and zafran.

DeleteI agree with Rajeev. Don't call this Tundey kabab. Call it your own kababs. The keema is not boiled. It's tendered with raw papaya.
